I graduated from Queens College with a Masters in Physical Education. I love teaching at LESP. There are many activities we do in my classes, such as fitness, sports, ballroom dancing, and team building activities. Many classes also participate in the Fitnessgrem where students are tested on their fitness levels in areas such as pushups, crunches, aerobic fitness and their flexibility. Every year students can compare their fitness scores from the last and see their improvements.

I am interested and have taken many classes in ballet, hiphop, and yoga. My favorite sports are volleyball tennis. In college, I played for a league called Metro Volleyball.
